Return Policy

We will not be responsible for stolen or lost goods. If it occurs
that your purchased product is broken or defective, please email us
within one week. Attach a photo of the item and make sure the picture is
clearly showing the damage of the item you would like to return.
The item must not have been used, otherwise the exchange to a
new one will not be approved. We are also not responsible for the
costs incurred for the return shipment.
Once the new Item has been shipped, a confirmation E-Mail will be
sent out. As soon as the new Product has been shipped, it will not
be possible to return it and therefore exchange it again.
